Frequently asked questions.

What kind of leader are you?

I lead with clarity, calm, and conviction. I prioritize building strong cultures where teams feel trusted and empowered, while also ensuring there's structure and accountability to support sustainable execution.

What’s one lesson that shaped your leadership style?

Earlier in my career, I realized that technical excellence alone doesn't build momentum, clarity does. Since then, I’ve made it my job to remove ambiguity, connect the dots for teams, and ensure the “how” is just as understood as the “what” and the “why.”

What do you value most in a team?

A strong team culture that is grounded in trust, ownership, and healthy collaboration. I believe in creating environments where everyone understands the "why" behind their work and feels proud of what they deliver together.

How do you build high-performing teams?

I invest in psychological safety, clear roles, repeatable processes, continuous growth, and personal accountability. I also listen deeply and lead by example.

What motivates you to lead complex work?

I enjoy navigating ambiguity and building systems that bring clarity to chaos. I’m energized by big, thorny problems, and the opportunity to align people, process, and purpose to solve them.

How do you connect strategy to execution?

By translating high-level goals into concrete roadmaps, metrics, and operating rhythms that drive visibility and ownership. I bridge vision with execution through cross-functional alignment and disciplined follow-through. I always think through the lens of NBA (Next Best Action) to keep the ball rolling.

How do you stay grounded outside of work?

Time and travel with my family, a trip to the beach, experimenting with new recipes, or taking our vintage Chinook van off-grid for a few days all of it recharges me.

What are you looking for in your next role?

A mission I believe in, a team I can grow with, and a problem space that’s complex enough to be worth solving. I’m drawn to organizations that value clarity, curiosity, and culture as much as results.
