Thanks for stopping by. My name is Gaurav Khanna pronounced as  “g-AW-r-uh-v KHA-nuh”  

I’m a strategic and execution-focused technology leader based in Carlsbad, California, where I’ve lived with my wife and son since 2017. I’ve spent the last 20+ years delivering complex programs, scaling high-performing teams, and helping organizations modernize through clarity, structure, and purpose. Most recently, I’ve led technical program management and operations for two major divisions at Intuit, including Developer Experience and Customer Success.

My leadership style centers around building strong culture, creating scalable structure, and executing with clarity and extreme ownership. I believe that great outcomes are a product of empowered teams, aligned vision, and a healthy balance of rigor and empathy. Whether I’m shaping strategy as a Chief of Staff or guiding teams through deep technical transformation, I lead with intention and a deep respect for the people doing the work.

Outside of work, I’m often at the beach with my family, traveling to new places, or experimenting in the kitchen. I’m an enthusiastic home cook with a love for East Asian, Southeast Asian, and South American cuisine, and a growing cookbook collection that keeps my weekend menus interesting. I also have a soft spot for camping and road life. Over the years, I’ve graduated from backpacking to car camping to a tow-behind, and now proudly roll with a 1999 Chinook camper van (they don’t make them like this anymore).

Whether leading a transformation program or planning a multi-stop road trip, I thrive in environments that blend structure with creativity, and ambition with grounded execution. I'm currently exploring new opportunities where I can bring this mindset to the next challenge, and the next great team.
